Family Ministry

"Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God, the LORD is one. Love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength. These commandments that I give you today are to be on your hearts.  Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up.  Tie them as symbols on your hands and bind them on your foreheads. Write them on the door frames of your houses and on your gates." Deuteronomy 6:4-9

Today’s world is a very different world than what we’ve known before. It’s a new world where change is taking place at a frenetic pace. The support and reinforcement we once knew and counted on from other institutions or other friends and family is not necessarily our reality today.

As families, we must accept the responsibility to train and nurture our young. It is necessary for parents and the church to be more intentional than ever in passing on a legacy of faith. The College Hills Family Ministry aims to combine the two powerful influences of home and church to make a greater impact in generational discipleship.

Faith@Home

College Hills assists the home in being the primary place where faith is nurtured. Our church is committed to helping men, women, boys, and girls to make Christ the center of their lives and to build godly homes that impact the world for generations.

The College Hills Family Ministry partners closely with our Children’s and Student ministries to offer vibrant, biblical, and relevant ministries to children and youth. These programs support and supplement – without replacing - what children and teenagers are learning at home.

A healthy family blesses the church. A healthy church blesses the family.
